ABOUT
Born in Naples and citizen of the world, Flavia Pantaleo holds a degree in Political Science
and taught EU Law at Rome's Sapienza University. In 2007 she decided to end her academic career to pursue her deepest passion for cooking.
Today, Flavia organises home dinners and cooking classes for lovers
of all kinds of Italian food. Not only has she been invited to teach
Italian cuisine in the United States, Japan, Brasil and Sudan, but she has also been interviewed by numerous TV channels, magazines,
and international newspapers.
In her first book "La cucina dei pasticci e dei timballi", published in 2016, Flavia celebrates Italian's "primi piatti".
